Loa’s talents have shouted from the pages of GQ and Vanity Fair magazines. Her movie credits include Two Weeks Notice, The Green Mile, The American President, Best in Show, and A Mighty Wind. Her television credits include the cast from Seinfeld. She has also worked as a makeup artist and consultant for Jose Eber’s runway fashion shows in Los Angeles and New York.

Loa Blasucci is now deeply rooted in the fitness industry as a certified sports nutritionist, fitness instructor and personal trainer whose clients range from professional athletes and Hollywood actors to stay-at-home moms and neighborhood dads. She teaches a one-of-a-kind mind and body-sculpting class, utilizing Pilates balls, bands and jump ropes, and abdominal routine.

Loa has a bi-weekly column in the La Canada Valley Sun (a division of the LA Times) entitled “All Health’s Breaking Loose,” along with a radio show with the same name. Fusing elements of yoga, Pilates, ballet, strength training, balance, and guided mediation, Loa designed and leads the Optimum Wellness Boot Camp, the curriculum which inspired and gave birth to her first book, All Health’s Breaking Loose.

Loa wants to sculpt your body and purify your mind. She will urge you down a path that is at once focused and expansive, serene and energetic, a freedom that leaves no choice but the happy obligation to live powerfully and well. She will do this, yes, by sharing her wealth of knowledge from 30 years in the beauty industry and the world of fitness. To Loa, these are one industry. But, there’s a Secret Ingredient, too:

See, Loa admires you. She has great respect for the amazing design of the human body, the depth of what it can endure, and the powerful healing machine that it is. She smiles when she sees the beauty inside you, and is simply giddy with excitement for you to see it, too.

Loa Blasucci was born in Arizona, but today claims the sunshine of La Canada, California as her hometown. She is the mother of four productive, happy children who are engaged in making the world a better place – Chet, 28, Thomas, 25, Sadie 20, and Sammy 15. She says she was born to be a grandmother and, after meeting grandchildren Sophie and Bronx, cherishes this role above all else.
