Cantaloupe Crush

Makes 2 servings

  • 1 cup cantaloupe cubes
  • 1/3 cup pineapple chunks
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • ½ cup peaches
  • 1 pinch stevia or tsp. honey or agave nectar to taste
  • 3 ice cubes

Whirl all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Breakfast option or
afternoon pick me up. Replaces fruit so drink when stomach is empty.
