Frittatas are a versatile egg dish much like an omelet. They are a great way to
use any left over vegetables you have, like asparagus, red pepper, mushrooms,
etc. Try adding different herbs–experimenting is part of the fun and a great way
to find what your family loves. If inverting it out of the pan intimidates you,
