Fruit and Veggie Cooler

Makes 2 servings

  • 1 C. apple juice (unfiltered is best)
  • 1 C. sliced sweet apples
  • ¼ C. apple sauce
  • ½ C. sliced carrots
  • ½ C. peeled and sliced cucumber
  • dash of nutmeg or cinnamon — optional
  • 1 C. ice — optional

Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Give it time to get
through all the vegetables. A great “wake up” beverage and perfect replacement
for coffee.
