Makes 2 servings
- 1 C. apple juice (unfiltered is best)
- 1 C. sliced sweet apples
- ¼ C. apple sauce
- ½ C. sliced carrots
- ½ C. peeled and sliced cucumber
- dash of nutmeg or cinnamon — optional
- 1 C. ice — optional
Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Give it time to get
through all the vegetables. A great “wake up” beverage and perfect replacement
for coffee.
