- 1 mango, peeled and seeded
- 1 papaya, peeled and seeded
- ½ cup fresh strawberries
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 4 -6 frozen pineapple juice cubes
Make ice cubes with pineapple juice ahead. Put all ingredients in a blender
and process until smooth. A refreshing, low-calorie pick-me-up or after
workout drink.
